Delivery Policy

A Tu Jaane Na Tu real film is delivered to your private link on sitaaro.com. If you left an email, we also email you the moment it is ready. Please download it: Sitaaro keeps the film for 1 year after your first download, then deletes it, and the copy you downloaded stays yours.

First you get a free preview of your face in the film, on your private link. If it isn't you, tap Retake and add a clearer photo (one free retake). The film is made only after you say yes.

Tu Jaane Na Tu: we confirm the delivery time with you before you pay. You pay only after everyone in the film has added their photo or taken a selfie, and said yes, so the clock starts with everything we need. If it will take longer than we said, we tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

The preview with our stand-in actors is ready straight away, on the same private link.

Once your film is made, the selfies are deleted. See our Privacy Policy.

Free wishes and Moments sent with your words are ready straight away, on your phone and a private link.

A Moment with your face is opening soon. We will confirm how long it takes before it opens, and it will appear on your private link.

Write to sitaaro.app@gmail.com with your private link and we sort it within one working day.
