Changed your mind after paying? Write to sitaaro.app@gmail.com before your film is made and we refund you in full.

If a selfie can't be used, either of you withdraws consent before the film is made, or we can't deliver for any other reason, we refund you in full. You don't need to ask.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we remake that moment for free. If we still can't get it right, we refund you in full.

Free wishes and word links are free. For a Moment with your face: if it doesn't look right, tell us within 7 days and we make it again free; if we still can't, or a photo can't be used, or anyone in it says no or removes their photo before it is made, you get a full refund. You see a free preview of your face first, with one free retake, and you pay only after you say yes.

Refunds go back to the same UPI, card or bank account you paid with, within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
